Websites privacy policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

This policy covers our websites page, sites.gestiononyxia.ca (the home page, the preview tool and the demos), and what we receive from businesses that ask us for a website. The websites are offered by Eric Campeau, doing business as Gestion Onyxia (NEQ 2249818370) ("we"). It complies with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

It does not cover the websites we build for our clients: each one has its own privacy page.

In short

  • No cookies for visitors, no analytics tool from another company, no targeted advertising. Nothing is sold.
  • We count visits to the home page and the preview tool, on our server in Québec, with the truncated IP address. This log is deleted after 90 days at most.
  • The demos are not counted. The preview tool keeps nothing, and your logo stays on your device.
  • Outside Québec: our emails (Zoho, in Toronto), payment (Stripe) and the assistant that helps us build the websites (Claude, by Anthropic), in the United States.
  • You can see, correct or have your information deleted: we answer within 30 days.

If we refuse or do not answer within that time, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca). We publish any change on this page, with its date.
